Terms of Service

1. The service

Titan Audio provides online music tools (such as a tuner, metronome, drum machine, ear training, and music-theory utilities), along with gear guides and educational content. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering, and let us know promptly of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Plans

We offer a free tier, an Explorer plan, and a Player plan. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe at the price shown at checkout. Prices may change with notice; changes won't affect your current billing period.

Free trial

New accounts may receive a time-limited free trial of Player-tier features with no credit card required. When the trial ends you remain on the Free plan unless you subscribe.

Renewal & cancellation

Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account page; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Changing plans cancels your prior subscription so you are only billed for one plan at a time.

Refunds

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If something goes wrong, contact us at [email protected] and we'll try to make it right.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe others' rights while using the service
• Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data that aren't yours
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the service
• Copy, resell, or redistribute the tools or content except as allowed
• Reverse engineer or circumvent security or access controls

5. Intellectual property

The Titan Audio name, tools, design, and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose. You keep any rights to content you create using the tools.

6. Affiliate disclosure

Some links in our gear guides are affiliate links, including through the Amazon Associates program. We may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you. Our recommendations are our own.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that tools will meet your specific needs.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Titan Audio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk or legal exposure. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "last updated" date and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
