Is there really a 14-day free trial?
Yes. Create a free account and you get 14 days of Player-tier access — no credit card needed. After 14 days, you stay on the Free plan unless you subscribe.
Do gear guides cost anything?
Never. All gear guides and blog content are 100% free, forever. That's part of the deal — the tools are subscription-supported so the guides stay free.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account page. Access continues until the end of your billing period — we don't prorate or cut you off mid-cycle.
What's the difference between Explorer and Player?
The Circle of Fifths and Key Signature tools are viewable for free after email signup — but you need Explorer ($1.00/mo) to unlock full interactivity (clicking keys, changing signatures). Player ($5.99/mo) adds the chord progression builder, full ear training suite, and all production tools — drum machine, delay calculator, dB reference, and more.
Is there a student discount?
